Standing at 9.9cm tall, this bottle is molded from a rich, deep amber-coloured glass, historically utilized to protect light-sensitive biological and endocrine compounds from ultraviolet degradation. The flask features a clean, architectural rectangular footprint measuring 3.2cm by 2.0cm.
The front face of the glass is deeply and crisply embossed with the prestigious institutional mark: "Armour LABORATORY LONDON", beautifully enclosed within an elegant, raised oval cartouche. This London-based division was world-renowned for its pioneering work in early glandular extracts, pepsin, and hormone research during the interwar period.
