A stunning and substantial mid-Victorian taxidermy arrangement featuring a vibrant collection of South American exotic birds (Brazil, Ecuador, Trinidad, and Colombia). This piece is housed under its original large hand-blown glass dome (47cm high), set upon a traditional wooden base with four bun feet.

Please note that Copper Rumped Hummingbird is missing a glass eye, a minor imperfection consistent with its age which does not detract from the overall splendour of this impressive display.
