The present General terms of sale are concluded:

• on one hand between WYNN SIGEL LTD whose head office is

  below mentioned " the seller "

      and

• on the other hand, by any natural or legal entity wishing to proceed to a purchase having completed on-line a form on the website of WYNN SIGEL LTD, mentioned below " the buyer ".

WYNN SIGEL LTD publishes and distributes the range of products offered on its website: www.theathanor.top.
WYNN SIGEL LTD through Aonghas Hervé Derycker has the license for life for MY TIME MACHINE system also known as the STRANNIK (WANDERER) version including the option "Emotional and emotional dynamics" named since 2017 "STRANNIK-PSY®" and is a distributor of STRANNIK products (WANDERER) developed and marketed by the MIMEX company. The present General terms of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made following a connection on the website www.theathanor.top and after reception of the form by WYNN SIGEL LTD.
The acquisition of products through the present web site involves an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of the present General terms of sale. These terms of sale will prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by WYNN SIGEL LTD.

Article 3 – Price List
Under English law, sales prices are inclusive of all taxes, regardless of currency.

Article 4 - Orders
Two types of order are offered on the site:
