Furthermore, Wynn Sigel Ltd is an authorised distributor of the STRANNIK (WANDERER) product range developed and marketed by the MIMEX company (www.strannikpps.com). Wynn Sigel Ltd also owns and operates the website www.serenius.co.uk, dedicated to the SereniuS product range.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges these licensing arrangements and agrees to abide by the intellectual property restrictions set forth in Article 12.

Physical products will be delivered to the postal address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
9.3 Transfer of Risk:

- Right of Recovery: Until ownership has passed, the Buyer shall hold the goods as the Seller's fiduciary agent. Wynn Sigel Ltd reserves the right to recover or repossess the goods upon simple notice if payment is not made by the agreed date.
- Risk: Notwithstanding the retention of title, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

Upon delivery, the Buyer (or their agent) must inspect the external condition of the packaging.
- Visible Damage: Any complaint regarding missing items or external damage to the parcel must be recorded as a "clear and explicit reservation" on the delivery receipt at the time of handover.
- Latent Defects: For any internal defects not visible at delivery, the Buyer must notify Wynn Sigel Ltd within a reasonable timeframe as defined by UK statutory warranties.
